The tasks were canceled

Today the tasks were canceled so everybody can get a rest and get ready for tomorrow. For me it’s a little unfortunate, because there is not much to write about. But at least we had briefings, so we can “talk” about them. :) For the first time there was no problem with the finish circle high. Surprising, right? But twenty-one pilots didn’t follow the local procedure for landing, so there are still some things to improve… Also were many out landings caused by not fallowing the airspaces yesterday. So today should all the pilots take a map and practice a little bit. :)

We have a change in the briefing schedule for every day. There won’t be a team captain briefing every day and the regular briefing had moved at 10:00. This way the task setter and directors will have more time to prepare for the briefing and the team captains can spend more time helping the pilots with the grid building and preparation (Sorry about that. Hopefully the pilots wont take advantage of it. :) :).

And in the end we would like to congratulate to the winners of the day first: Laurent Couture (world class), Tim Kuijpers (club class) and Mario Kiesling (standard class).

We have a movie night planned today. There will be a Chile Grand Prix video presentation at the hangar at 20:00 everybody is welcome. Feel free to bring your own beverages.:)
